ESSS Italia acquires the distribution business of Ansys software from CADland
This operation will further strengthen ESSS’s position in the Southern European market.
ESSS, Ansys Apex Channel Partner operating in Latin America, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, announces that its Italian subsidiary (ESSS Italia) has acquired the distribution business of Ansys software from CADland. The achievement enhances ESSS’s market position in Italy. For CADland, the sale aligns with a new strategy with focus on its role as a system integrator of PLM solutions.
CADland aims to ensure its customers the support from a well-established Ansys Apex Channel Partner like ESSS, and to provide clients long-term alignment with Ansys. “This operation is consistent with our corporate strategy and confirms our commitment to the PLM market, as well as sets up an important partnership in the Italian market. Moreover, ESSS is a market leader, providing product knowledge, support, and service that CADland wants for its clients,” said Roberto Ruggieri, founder of the CADland Group.
