Should my company invest in simulation?
The current market has as macro-trends the consolidation of digitalization, the popularization of smart devices, and the whole journey towards the consolidation of Industry 4.0. And all these innovations surround and are swamped by the concepts of simulation in order to exist. In this scenario of so much innovation, an old but common question among engineers persists: simulation. The intelligent use of digital and the possibility to predict scenarios offer endless possibilities, with a fantastic potential for the market. However, is this technology for me? Engineers whose competence fascinates me to this day use the resource as it should be used: as an engineering support tool for decision making, project improvement, and conflict solution.
This impactful and contradictory phenomenon has always caught my attention. How is it possible that there is such a disparity in the mindset of the market? How is it possible that good engineers feel insecure about technology while others embrace it with such ease? Is the technology complex and does this reality generate uncertainty in those who are not familiar with it, or do those who are not familiar raise the fear that the technology is difficult to implement?
Facilitating access to simulation
Throughout its 25 years of operation, ESSS has dedicated itself fully to change this perception in its market. Pioneers in this technology on a large scale, we have been able to bring the simulation concept to a large number of companies in our territory and we are proud of our contribution so that these customers are able to achieve their personal and professional goals.
